Citation |
1. These Rules may be cited as the Control of Manufacture Rules. |
Application for registration under section 5 of Act |
2. An application for registration under section 5 of the Act shall be in the Form A set out in the Schedule and the application shall be accompanied by a written statement giving detailed information regarding —

Register of manufacturers |
3. The Registrar shall ensure that all forms of application received in pursuance of rule 2 and approved for registration are serially numbered and bound in volumes which shall be kept and maintained by him as the register of manufacturers. |
Endorsement of conditions of registration made under section 5 (2) |
4. The Registrar shall ensure that all application forms bound in pursuance of rule 3 shall be endorsed with such conditions of registration as may have been imposed. |
Endorsement of decision of Minister |
5. Where a decision has been made by the Minister in relation to a condition imposed by the Registrar, the Registrar shall ensure that an endorsement is made relating to the decision on the relevant application form in the register of manufacturers. |
Certificates of registration |
6. The Registrar shall grant to a person registered under the provisions of the Act a certificate of registration in the Form B set out in the Schedule and such certificate shall be endorsed with such conditions as may have been imposed under section 5(2) of the Act. |
Fee |
7. The fee payable on registration shall be $10. |
