Community Mediation Centres
(Establishment) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Community Mediation Centres Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Community Mediation Centres (Establishment) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1999.

Community Mediation Centre

2. The Minister hereby determines that a Community Mediation Centre (Central) be established at Block 161, Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4, #02-500, Singapore 560161, for the purpose of providing mediation services in accordance with the Act.
