Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts) Notification 2009

Responsibility of Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that RAdm (NS) Lui Tuck Yew, Senior Minister of State, shall, with effect from 1st April 2009, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts) Notification 2009.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts) Notification 2006 (G.N. No. S 313/2006) is cancelled.
