Responsibility of Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Dr Vivian Balakrishnan shall, with effect from 1st April 2005, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall be designated as the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports) Notification 2005.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports) Notification 2004 (G.N. No. S 549/2004) is cancelled.
