Responsibility of Minister for Manpower
It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister of State, Ministry of Education, shall, with effect from 12th May 2003, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) Notification 2003.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Manpower) Notification 2001 (G.N. No. S 631/2001) is cancelled.
