Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for the Environment) Notification 2000
Responsibility of Minister for the Environment
It is hereby notified for general information that, in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Lim Swee Say, Minister of State, Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, shall, with effect from 1st October 2000, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for the Environment) Notification 2000.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for the Environment) Notification 1999 (G.N. No. S 248/99) is cancelled.
