Responsibility of Minister for Labour
It is hereby notified for general information that in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Dr Lee Boon Yang shall, with effect from 25th January 1997, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall be designated as the Minister for Labour.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Labour) Notification 1997.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Labour) Notification 1992 (G.N. No. S 19/92) is cancelled.
