Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) Notification 2004
Delegated Responsibility
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Wong Kan Seng, Minister for Home Affairs, shall, with effect from 12th August 2004, be charged with the responsibility of assisting and advising the Prime Minister on issues concerning population policies.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister –– Delegation) Notification 2004.
