Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Transport) Notification 2004
Responsibility of Minister for Transport
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Yeo Cheow Tong shall, with effect from 12th August 2004, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall be designated as the Minister for Transport.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Transport) Notification 2004.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Transport) Notification 2001 (G. N. No. S 629/2001) is cancelled.
