Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 1998
Responsibility of Minister for Finance
It is hereby notified for general information that in pursuance of Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Dr Hu Tsu Tau, Richard shall, with effect from 1st November 1998, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall be designated as the Minister for Finance.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 1998.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 1997 (G.N. No. S 47/97) is cancelled.
