Joint Responsibility of Minister for Law and Minister for Communications and Information

It is notified for general information that the Deputy Prime Minister, exercising the functions conferred on the Prime Minister, has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 30 September 2019, Mr K Shanmugam and Mr S Iswaran are charged with the joint responsibility for policies in respect of the Protection from Online Falsehoods and Manipulation Act 2019 (Act 18 of 2019).
