Delegated Responsibility

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, directed that with effect from 1 October 2015, Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs, is charged with the responsibility of assisting and advising the Prime Minister on the “Smart Nation” Blueprint.

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility for the Portfolio of the Prime Minister — Delegation) (No. 2) Notification 2015.
