| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Procedure Code (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agency) (No. 2) Notification 2011 and shall come into operation on 30th December 2011. |

| 2. The Singapore Customs is hereby prescribed as a law enforcement agency for the purposes of section 112(1)(c) of the Code. |
