| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Home Protection Insurance Scheme — Exemption) Notification. |
| Exemption from Home Protection Insurance Scheme |
| 2. Any member who has purchased a house or flat from a Housing Authority and has withdrawn any moneys from the Fund under the Central Provident Fund (Residential Properties Scheme) Regulations (Rg 6) for all or any of the purposes set out in section 21(1) of the Act shall be exempted from the Home Protection Insurance Scheme established under section 30 of the Act. |
