| 1. This Order may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Exemption of Tax-free Car Allowance) Order. |
| 2. The Government and the bodies listed in paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Act shall be exempt from paying monthly contributions to the Fund under section 7 of the Act in respect of the tax-free car allowance paid to the employees of the Government and such bodies, as the case may be. |
