Central Provident Fund
(Notice to Attend Court) Rules 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 62(8) and 77(2)(k) of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Central Provident Fund Board makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Central Provident Fund (Notice to Attend Court) Rules 2016 and come into operation on 1 May 2016.

Form of notice to attend court

2. The form for a notice to attend court to be served on any person under section 62 of the Act is Form 1, 2 or 3 set out in the Schedule, with such modifications as the circumstances of each case may require.

Revocation

3. The Central Provident Fund (Notice to Attend Court) Rules (R 10) are revoked.
