Central Provident Fund (Amount of Voluntary Contributions) Notification 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13B(2) of the Central Provident Fund Act, Dr Ng Eng Hen, Minister of State, Ministry of Education, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Manpower, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amount of Voluntary Contributions) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2004.

Amount of voluntary contributions

2. The amount which a person may contribute voluntarily under section 7(4) or 13B(1) of the Act shall not exceed the sum of $23,760 in a year.
