| Citation |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Controlled Premises (Special Provisions) (Designated Development Areas) Notification. |
| Designated development areas |
2. All parts of Singapore, except those parts declared to be designated development areas by 1Notifications Nos. S 356/90 and S 131/91 and delineated in the sketch map set out in the Schedule, are hereby declared to be designated development areas for the purposes of the Act.
