1. This Notification may be cited as the Control of Rent (Exemption — Tanjong Pagar) Notification. |
Premises exempted from Act |
2. All the premises within the area bounded by Tanjong Pagar Road, Cook Street, into the backlane, along Murray Street, meeting Tanjong Pagar Road, into Neil Road, along the North-eastern boundary and South-eastern boundary of Lot 70 TS 5, across Craig Road, into the Southern boundary of Lot 61-1 TS 23, along the backlane and the Eastern boundary of Lot 207-9 TS 23, meeting the North-eastern boundary of Lot 724 TS 23, into Craig Road and more particularly delineated on the plan set out in the Schedule, are exempted from the provisions of the Act. |
