Control of Rent (Abolition) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Control of Rent (Abolition) Act 2001, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Control of Rent (Abolition) Act (Commencement) Notification 2002.

2. Section 4 of the Control of Rent (Abolition) Act 2001 shall come into operation on 31st March 2002.
