Exemption Order under Section 97
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 97 of the Co-operative Societies Act, the Minister for Community Development and Sports hereby exempts Theresian Co-operative Society Ltd from section 72(3) of the Act so as to enable it to donate $12,680 to CHIJ St. Theresa’s Convent to help finance the construction cost of the school archive.
