Approved School and Approved Home Certificate of Appointment

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(2) of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports has appointed Muhammadiyah Welfare Home, 58 Bedok North Street 3, Singapore 469624, to be an approved school and an approved home, with effect from 8th January 2010.

2. The Approved Homes and Approved Schools Notification (N 4) is amended —

(a)	by deleting item (6) under the heading “ Approved homes”; and
(b)	by deleting item (5) under the heading “ Approved schools”,

with effect from 8th January 2010.
