The Minister for Finance has declared to be exempt private companies all private companies that are wholly owned by the Government and —

(1)	are deemed to be related to Sheng-Li Holding Company Private Limited, by virtue of section 6 of the Act; [S 226/87] [28.8.87]
(2)	are subsidiary companies of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (Realty) Pte. Ltd., the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (Ventures) Pte. Ltd. and the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation Pte. Ltd. [S 279/87] [28.10.87]2823/90. [31.7.90]
