The Minister of Finance has declared the following bodies corporate incorporated in Singapore to be public authorities for the purposes of the Companies Act pursuant to the powers conferred by the definition of “corporation” in section 4(1) thereof:
(a)Jurong Town Corporation;

(b)the Port of Singapore Authority;

(c)the Tourist Promotion Board;
(d)the Economic Development Board;
(e)the Housing and Development Board;
(f)the Board of Commissioners of Currency, Singapore;
(g)the Public Utilities Board;
(h)the Telecommunication Authority of Singapore; and
(i)the Central Provident Fund Board.
