The Minister for Finance has delegated his powers under —

(a)	section 9(2) of the Act (approving a person as a company auditor); and
(b)	section 9(3) of the Act (approving a company auditor as a liquidator)

to the Registrar of the Public Accountants Board appointed under section 11(1) of the Accountants Act.
