PART I

PRELIMINARY

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies Regulations.

Definition

2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears, “agent” means any person named in a memorandum of appointment or power of attorney lodged under section 368(1)(e) or 370(5) of the Act.
