| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Cancellation) Notification 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2003. |

| 2. The Declarations — Public Authorities — Consolidation (Decl 3) and Gazette Notification No. 878 published on 1st April 1999 are cancelled. |
