| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Exempt Private Company) (No. 2) Notification 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 30th October 2002. |

| 2. The Minister hereby declares the Azalea Investments Pte Ltd to be an exempt private company. |
