| 2. Section 3 of the Act shall not apply in respect of dangerous fireworks used in a fireworks display executed by a person specified in Part I of the Schedule (referred to in this Notification as the exempted person) for or on behalf of any other person in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II thereof. |
