Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2003

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 4) Notification 2003.

Exemption

2. Section 3 of the Act shall not apply in respect of dangerous fireworks used in a firecrackers display executed by Explomo Technical Services Pte. Ltd. for or on behalf of any person at the Chinatown garden bridge on —

(a)	3rd January 2004 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.; and
(b)	21st January 2004 from 11.30 p.m. to 12.30 a.m. the following day,

in accordance with the conditions specified in the Schedule.
