(Appointment of Developers)
Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Executive Condominium Housing Scheme (Appointment of Developers) Notification 2016 and comes into operation on 20 April 2016.

Appointment of developer and specification of land to be developed

2. The Minister appoints the developer set out in the first column of the Schedule to develop, under the executive condominium scheme, the parcel of land specified opposite in the second column and to sell the housing accommodation so developed.
