The Minister for Finance has approved the following Asian Dollar Bonds for exemption from estate duty:

(1)	The Kao Corporation U.S. $300,000,000 4¾ per cent. Notes 1994 with Warrants. [S 38/94] [28.1.94]
(2)	The Province of Nova Scotia U.S. $500,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 1999. [S 316/94] [12.8.94]
(3)	The Shandong International Trust & Investment Corporation U.S. $130,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 2001. [S 391/94] [7.10.94]
