Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) (Value of Transferee Holding Company’s Shares) Notification.
Value of transferee holding company’s shares
2.  For the purposes of section 6(5) of the Act, the value of each transferee holding company’s share allotted and issued under section 6 of the Act shall be $5,000 per share.
