| 1. This Notification is the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) (Value of Transferee Holding Company’s Shares) Notification 1999. |
| Value of transferee holding company’s shares |
| 2. For the purposes of section 6(5) of the Act, the value of each transferee holding company’s share allotted and issued under section 6 of the Act is $5,000 per share. |
