Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) (Value of Transferee Holding Company’s Shares) Notification 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(5) of the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) Act 1999, the Deputy Prime Minister, BG (NS) Lee Hsien Loong, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Exchanges (Demutualisation and Merger) (Value of Transferee Holding Company’s Shares) Notification 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st December 1999.
Value of transferee holding company’s shares
2.  For the purposes of section 6(5) of the Act, the value of each transferee holding company’s share allotted and issued under section 6 of the Act shall be $5,000 per share.
