| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) (Qualifying Activity) Regulations. |
| Qualifying activities |
| 2. For the purposes of Part III of the Economic Expansion Incentives (Relief from Income Tax) Act, the services and activities set out in the Schedule are prescribed to be “qualifying activity”. |
