| Citation |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Education Endowment Scheme (School Age) Regulations. |
| School age |
| 2. For the purposes of the Act, “school age” means any age between 6 years and 16 years as at 1st January of any year, and accordingly a child shall be deemed to be of school age if he has attained the age of 6 years but has not attained the age of 16 years as at 1st January of any year. |
