| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Notification may be cited as the Environmental Public Health (Excluded Cleaning Work) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2014. |

| 2. The work specified in the Schedule is declared not to be cleaning work for the purposes of Part IXA of the Act. |
