| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules may be cited as the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Fees) Rules 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st March 2006. |
| Fees |
| 2. The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Director-General in respect of the matters specified in the first column thereof. |
| Revocation |
| 3. The Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Fees) Rules (R 1) are revoked. |
