Electric Vehicles Charging Act 2022
(Commencement) Notification 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Electric Vehicles Charging Act 2022, the Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Electric Vehicles Charging Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2023
2.  The Electric Vehicles Charging Act 2022 comes into operation on 8 December 2023, except the following:
(a)section 4(1)(b) and (c);
(b)the definitions of “outwork arrangement” and “outworker” in section 4(4).
