Fisheries (Riverine Fishing) Rules

Citation
1.  These Rules may be cited as the Fisheries (Riverine Fishing) Rules.
No fishing in rivers
2.—(1)  No person shall use a net, fishing stake, trap or a fishing line with more than 3 hooks for the purposes of fishing in any river as set out in the Schedule, except with the written permission of the Director.
(2)  Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence.
