| Citation |
| 1. This Order may be cited as the Factories (Exemption from Registration) Order. |
| Exemption |
| 2. Subject to paragraph 3, factories in which building operations or works of engineering construction are being carried on for a period not exceeding 2 months are exempted from the provisions of section 9 of the Act. |
| Non-application |
| 3. Paragraph 2 does not apply to factories in which excavation or piling works are carried out. |
