APPLICATION

Citation

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Factories (Registration and Duties of Safety Officers) Regulations.

Application

2. Part III shall apply to such class or description of factories as the Minister may, by order published in the Gazette, specify under section 71(1) of the Act.
