| Citation and commencement |
| 1. This Order is the Financial Holding Companies (Designated Financial Holding Companies) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 1 July 2022. |
| Designation of financial holding companies |
| 2. Each financial holding company set out in the Schedule is designated as a designated financial holding company for the purposes of the Act. |
