In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) Act 1949, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation
1.  This Order is the Foreign National Emblems (Control of Display) (Bianka Panova International Cup 2023 — Exemption) Order 2023.
Exemption
2.  Section 3 of the Act does not apply to the display of the following flags at the Singapore Sports Hub OCBC Arena Hall 1 from 20 December 2023 to 22 December 2023 (both dates inclusive):
(a)the national flag of Australia;
(b)the national flag of Austria;
(c)the national flag of Bulgaria;
(d)the national flag of India;
(e)the national flag of Indonesia;
(f)the national flag of Japan;
(g)the national flag of Malaysia;
(h)the national flag of New Zealand;
(i)the national flag of the People’s Republic of China;
(j)the national flag of the Philippines;
(k)the national flag of Vietnam;
(l)the Chinese Taipei (Olympic) flag.
