Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Fire Safety (Designation of Premises Requiring Fire Emergency Plan) Notification.
Premises requiring fire emergency plan
2.  The Minister for Home Affairs has designated any public building in respect of which a fire certificate under section 20(2) of the Act or a public building certificate under regulation 3(6) of the Building Control (Public Building) Regulations is issued to be premises for which a fire emergency plan shall be provided.
