| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Fire Safety (Registered Inspectors) (Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics) Regulations 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2002. |
| Registered inspectors to observe Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics |
| 2. Every registered inspector shall observe and be guided by the Code of Professional Conduct and Ethics set out in the Schedule. |
