(Commencement) Notification 2022
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022, the Senior Minister and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies, Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who is charged with the responsibility for the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022, makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022 (Commencement) Notification 2022.
2.  Section 202 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2022 comes into operation on 30 June 2022.
