Fees (Supply of Non-Potable Water) Order

Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Supply of Non-Potable Water) Order.
Fee
2.—(1)  The fee leviable at the office of the Ministry of the Environment in respect of the supply of non-potable water for use in industrial trades, other than those manufacturing products for human consumption or for any other purpose approved by the Ministry, shall be 34 cents per cubic metre.
(2)  The fee payable under sub-paragraph (1) shall be subject to a minimum charge of $50 a month whether or not water is consumed.
