Fees (Reproduction of Maps) Order

Citation
1.  This Order may be cited as the Fees (Reproduction of Maps) Order.
Definition
2.  In this Order, “map” includes map chart, plan chart, lithograph, print, tracing, photograph or airphoto mosaic.
Fees for reproduction of maps where copyright vested in Government
3.—(1)  Fees for the reproduction of any map or part thereof or extract therefrom, the copyright of which is vested in the Government, shall be calculated and charged in accordance with the Table set out in the Schedule and shall be payable by the person to whom permission has been given to reproduce the map.
(2)  When either the number of copies or the actual area to be mapped falls between the figures shown in the Table, fees shall be calculated on the basis of the next higher figure or figures.
